About Service:

Opening, change lock and canceling service for private postal boxes. To the customer via service platforms in post offices.

Process Steps:

  • Service request from the employee at the post office.
  • Fill out the application form.
  • Pay the amounts owed.
  • Receiving the keys in the event of opening a new mailbox or changing the lock, the annual renewal of the mailbox will be through the electronic service or the Bahrain Post application.
